Testimonials:
"I had tried everything before coming to Kyrras Conrad- the Cleveland Clinic, the Chicago and New York clinics for performing musicians, and almost every type of body work that exists: rolfing, shiatsu, massage, etc. Nothing truly helped in a long-term or meaningful way until I found Kyrras Conrad.
I believe it is because of the style of work she does (St. John Neuromuscular Therapy), but also her specifically: her incredible knowledge of anatomy, her skill and talent, and also her insight into exactly what my body needed.
Before I came to Kyrras, I thought my days of performing were coming to an end in spite of having tried everything I could think of. Now, thanks to her, I can continue to perform like I never expected."

“I have found Kyrras Conrad to be a marvelous practitioner. She has treated me over the past several years, and her treatment provided relief for my chronic pain when other members of the medical profession could not. I was referred to her by my orthopedist who knew of Kyrras and her work, and he has had my undying gratitude!
Kyrras is also an integrative medicine educator who helps other professionals better understand the causes, diagnoses, and treatments of pain following accidents, surgeries, and other traumas. I recommend her unreservedly.”

"I came to Kyrras Conrad after a neck injury. I’d suffered with head pain for 16 consistent weeks. I’d already been properly evaluated by a physician specialist who’d prescribed physical therapy and use of Ibuprofen and muscle relaxants, as needed. Following several months of no improvement, the specialist indicated to me “I think you need to see Kyrras Conrad for St. John Neuromuscular Therapy.”
I had incurred moderate to severe head pain that was very disabling at times. The pain prevented me from not only enjoying life, but from performing necessary chores and tasks too. The pain interfered with my job significantly. On most days I contemplated taking a medical leave from work, just to seek alternative therapies for pain relief. Even more alarming, I was beginning to fear that my pain may be permanent and that the impressive dysfunction that it caused, would make me eventually medically disabled.
Kyrras performed the most comprehensive health and medical history review that I’d ever received…and I have high expectations; I work as a health care professional myself! She provided me with a thorough overview of why she believed she could reduce my pain and gradually eradicate it.
I learned that through application of her unique hands-on skills, she could loosen injured and tight muscles and tissues that cause and sustain pain. Kyrras is NOT a massage therapist; she is an expert in the special field of St. John Neuromuscular therapy; a practice that is grossly underutilized as a way to address management of acute (new) and chronic (long term) pain.
After 2 sessions with Kyrras I began to have intermittent pain relief. After my third session I told her “we’ve had a break through.. I now have much less pain. After my fourth visit I am now having prolonged, pain-free intervals. I'll update this after further treatments.."
